You place an order first by searching for a product, selecting it in the product listing, clicking ‘add to cart’ and then clicking on the shopping cart button to view the cart and move to the checkout page to complete the order.
What information should I provide when ordering?
You should give your name, delivery address, billing information along with any personalisations or changes you would like to be added to the order- if personalisations are not explicitly given as an option in the item description, you can contact the indi team to see if it is possible.
What happens if I have an issue with placing my order?
If you are having issues with an order for any reason, then you should contact the indi Customer Service Team. Please ensure you have details of the trader & the product/s you wish to order as well as the issue you are encountering so our team can do their best to resolve the problem for you.
Where and how do I manage my customer account?
Your account can be viewed & managed in our purpose made Helpdesk. Simply login with your email address and password and you will be able to see your order history as well as your delivery and billing information.
How can I change my personal details?
You can change your personal details by going to ‘My Details' in your indi account.
How can I retrieve my password?
You can easily retrieve or create a new password when you log into your account.
Upon attempting to log in, you will see a button labeled 'Forgotten Password?' that you may select in order to modify your password and gain access to your account.
How to search for items?
Items can be searched via the search bar at the top of the Homepage. Results can be narrowed down by using tags, such as ‘Lincolnshire’ or ‘gluten free’. You can also search for items within a specific Category, eg Art, or in a specific sub category such as Ceramics.
What do you do if payment is not accepted?
If payment has been declined, please check your information is correct and that you have sufficient funds for the purchase. If it is an issue on our end, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will try and fix the issue for you.
