Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment and tracking details. If your order is late or you have any tracking issues you can contact the indi team.
How do I change the delivery address?
If you have input the wrong delivery address on a confirmed order, you will need to contact the indi Customer Service Team with your order number and the correct address. However, if the item is already fulfilled we will be unable to make any changes or hold the order. In this case, you would need to get in contact with the shipping company, and/or visit the address it was sent to.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations and refunds are individual to each trader as detailed within their product descriptions.
You may be able to cancel an order and receive a refund, so long as the item is NOT perishable, or personalised. We may also be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been accepted by the trader.
How do I return an item?

If eligible, you can submit a return request through your indi account and a member of the Customer Service Team will handle this case.
If your request gets approved you will receive a refund, if the item/s have been returned to the seller in the same condition it was sent you.
If an item arrives to you damaged in any way, you should contact us upon the day of delivery to ensure the case is dealt with. Failure to do so may result in no refund being authorised.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are set by each trader individually and will be displayed with the product description on each page. If you are purchasing products from multiple shops, shipping will be displayed per product on the Checkout page with a combined total.
What are the dispatch and shipping times?
Dispatch and shipping times are unique for every product and set individually by each trader and will be displayed with the product description on each page.
Can I click and collect or arrange a local delivery?
If a product is available for click and collect there will be an option at checkout once you've added the product to the cart. Some products may only be available in this manner.
