Delivery
All orders are dispatched on Mondays with any orders placed after 1pm Sunday being shipped the following week. Orders take 1-3 days to arrive and we use Evri next day delivery.
Returns
“I acknowledge CHUNK cannot take responsibility for any aesthetic damage to cookies or delivery delays once my cookies have been handed over to the courier. I will contact Evri/Royal Mail with any enquiries relating to delivering and can only contact CHUNK for a refund if cookies have not arrived after 5 working days since the date of dispatch”
